So my Nyko Classic Trackball for the Playstation showed up:
Unfortunately, this is how Windows 10 sees it (using the same adapter that I use for my analog twin stick)
As you can see, the X/Y axis is detected as being stuck in the bottom right corner and the trackball is assigned to Z-Axis/Z-Rotation. There are only four buttons on the controller (two really, both L and R's are the same input) which Windows sees as 7 and 8. 5 and 6 are detected and "stuck".
Despite all this, I tried to see if I could get it working in Crystal Castles.

Did you try going into settings and calibrate it?
